Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: After an order is placed. Please allow 1 day to process your order.  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 Please note, during high volume times of year or on national holidays, orders may take a little longer to process. If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at paperbirdearrings@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING METHODS: Free USPS standard shipping for any orders starting at $30

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at paperbirdearrings@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
